As we enter the holiday season - all thoughts seem to be around all of the yummy food our families will be enjoying next week....the thought brought me back to this cake that I created for a company Thanksgiving party several years ago - was such a treat to make! Spice cake, covered in Chocolate buttercream, and hand modeled fondant turkeys....Gobble Gobble!!!
